• A:Answer Hello John! Thank you for your question. This tool is only built to be able to mulch leaves and soft debris. Worx recommends to blow all the leaves on a flat surface free of hard debris to avoid any being lodged into the motor housing. If any hard debris like rocks or sticks break the motor housing, the warranty may be voided on the tool. Thank you for choosing Worx!

Q: QuestionCan this vacuum out leaves and light debris from a hard to get at window well? The window well is underneath a house overhang so hard to get at. Is the hose to vacuum flexible enough to get underneath the overhang and then down into the window well.

The WG524 blower/mulcher/vac is not well suited for tight spaces like a window well under a house overhang because it uses a rigid vacuum tube that is connected on both ends, with no flexible hose. This fixed design makes it difficult to reach underneath an overhang and then down into a recessed window well. While the WG524 can vacuum leaves and light debris effectively in open, ground‑level areas, its lack of hose flexibility and limited maneuverability make it impractical for confined or hard‑to‑access spaces like the one you described.
