• I would say yes. It is 9 1/4 long and has 11 holes to fasten the band.

• Actually, I have a small wrist and have the same issue. I just keep tucking the end of the band end. I have thought of securing it, but have not thought of anything that I would be happy with since it gets wet when I do aquasize.
