Hello there! The max range between your Wyze Video Doorbell Pro and chime varies. In an open and clear field, they can be up to 100 feet apart. If you have multiple walls, doors, and other structures between each device, then that optimal range will be smaller. If you are having connection issues with your Wyze Video Doorbell and Chime, please try moving the chime closer to your doorbell or relocating the chime to avoid metal obstacles or too many walls.
