• Yes it will work. The box comes with full size and half size brackets. The card is short, and fits into any Dell desktop. It does not take additional voltage adapters. It installs into a reguiar PCI-E x16 slot.

• Yes it will work. I have a HP p6680f that was built for windows 7 and my card works. So as long as the intended operating system is windows 7,8, or 10 it will work. Also will work if you have a pci x16 slot instead of pci express.
