• Dells web site for this computer is http://www.dell.com/us/en/home/desktops/inspiron-570/pd.aspx?refid=inspiron-570&s=dhs&cs=19 and it states that it does have Slots PCIe x16(1), PCIe x 1(1), PCI(2) so the Answer is YES, the card will use the PCI Expressx16 slot
