Yes it will just make sure your power supply has a 6 pin plug for it. IT does require extra power than what the PCI-E slot can provide. its usually tied up with the bundle of wires coming out of the power supply. If it does not then no you will need to get a better power supply. You already meet the uEFI bios requirement to load the drivers.
