I have an ASUS pci express 16 v2.0 slot and the card is working great. As for "liquid cooled" I am not sure. It looks like a standard fan driven graphics card but ...? The bigger issue is the size of your power supply. It has a 6pin connector and cable to connect to a 4pin molex power connector for more power to drive the card. My wild guess is that the power supply needs to be in the 450-500 watt size unless you have a lot of internal hard drives running, then even bigger.
