MSRP is $749.99 for this card. Best buy is overcharging $50 dollars it seems

Its the same price as a 3080. With the same performance except in ray tracing plus this card has great oc headroom.

Go watch youtube reviews on the card. This is an overclockable model with 2 different bios modes and able to achieve higher performance than the reference (649) cards. It also has better cooling, and better internals than the reference cards. If you go look at cars at the dealership, the same "model" will be range in price according to options. Same thing here, this is a luxury model, not a base model.

This is not the reference model this card can clock up to 2600Mhz locked at 250 watts the reference models cannot do this

Look at the speeds compared to a 3080 FTW3. Not really price gouging..

Because this isn't a $649.99 reference model (which XFX offers btw). This is a custom model and priced vary accordingly.

Because people will pay it so they are going to charge $799 for it. Until people stop paying that much over MSRP, they will keep doing it.
