- Answer It could be. I would recommend Kwikset products as they have very helpful customer service. The service I got from Yale was extremely poor. Also, Kwikset is very quick to help you with warranty issues. Yale tries to avoid supporting their warranty claims based on my experience.

QuestionWill this fit on an office style door? I recently purchased the Kwikset 955 SmartCode and it didn't fit my door. not sure if there's a difference between office style doors and home style doors.

- Answer The lock does have an Auto-Lock feature. This feature is off by default and will need to be enabled once the lock is set up.
