The Yamaha is an up-firing design, which is not the best for outdoor use. I use it in one of my rooms where I didn't want to have a dedicated subwoofer. I'd look into the VIZIO SB3821-D6. When compared to the gaggle of soundbars in this price range, it's certainly loud and clear. Will it satisfy your usage requirements? Not sure, but I'd give it a shot.
