Q: Does this have an arc connection and how does it work with this. Ty so much
A: Yes, there's an HDMI in and out/ARC. We connected the HDMI out/ARC to the ARC HDMI on the TV and it works with all inputs - turning on and off and controlling the volume with our TV remote. We also occasionally connect laptops using the HDMI in on the soundbar and it passes through to the TV just fine.
A: As you increase the volume or bass level on the remotel the lights sequentially blink on the soundbar with each press.until you hit the maximum level. They all blink in unison three times when you reach the highest setting.
A: The Yamaha is an up-firing design, which is not the best for outdoor use. I use it in one of my rooms where I didn't want to have a dedicated subwoofer. I'd look into the VIZIO SB3821-D6. When compared to the gaggle of soundbars in this price range, it's certainly loud and clear. Will it satisfy your usage requirements? Not sure, but I'd give it a shot.

A: It is blue tooth , but I don't know if your headphones will work.
