Yes you can mount it on the wall. There are screw holes in the back.

Yes. Very easy. It comes with a diagram with the screw holes so you can just put it up on the wall and mark them with a pencil. I’d still recommend using a tape rule just in case. I can’t remember if it came with screws, but it definitely did not come with dry wall anchors. Don’t forget to use a level.
