“Why is this advertised as a Receiver, which is amplified, when this is a Pre-Amp Processor, which is not?”

I have asked the same question to the Best Buy chat people twice. Unfortunately they are clueless about the difference between an AV Pre-Pro and a true Receiver. The last chat person told me that this unit "is a receiver with a preamplifier function"! When I tried to educate that person, she replied "is there anything else I can help you with?"
