No. The RX-A670 requires an outboard phono pre-amp.

However, I do not believe it has a phono preamp to support direct connection of an analog turntable. Based on the photos, there is a screw that resembles a ground connection on AV3, however I believe that is structural and not a ground plug to support phono preamp. However, there are many very affordable options available for phono preamp that would allow you to play vinyl through this receiver from analog tables, as well as "digital" turntables that do not require phono preamp. (I own a lot of 12" vinyl). All that being said, you'll be very lucky to find a receiver of this quality with phono preamp for the price Best Buy is currently offering this unit for.
