• Our 1060 creates quite a bit of heat. We have a 4" clearance between the top and the next shelf. In hindsight, I should have installed a ventilation fan in the rear of the recessed nook where our entertainment system is installed.

• I would try to have at least 2 inches above the receiver to let it dissipate heat
