No. These speakers do not have a passive bass radiator.

A passive bass radiator is seldom used in speakers this small. A bass port (hole in speaker to radiate more bass if this is what you mean) would not be a good idea for speakers designed to be used outdoors. You don't want water to get inside the box.

each speaker has a woofer and a tweeter, no passive radiator, but have good sound, not boomy at all, very clear.

No separate bass radiator, but fair bass response in the units themselves.
