• Yes, both the included remote or the App have control for the standard volume and Bass volume. So it is possible to increase or decrease the bass level independently.

• It does not have a true Mixer / Equalizer exactly, but it does have "Base Ext" and "Sub Woofer Levels" for some adjustment. For everyday listening I have the Sub @ minus 4. For Movies + 1.
