“Is it good to run nonstop the whole night?”

We take this goal very seriously throughout Yogasleep. I am more than happy to answer your questions A full charge on the Rohm will last at least 6+ hours. The volume settings can affect battery life. The louder the volume = more battery drain. It takes 3.5-4 hours for a full charge. • Decent battery life, haven't had an issue with it running throughout the night. (6-8hrs a night)
