• Manufacturer description states 2 temperature readings for that purpose .. ambient meaning inside cooking appliance and food temperature.

• You can have multiple thermometers but am not sure can concurrently monitor more than one at a time without manual switching focus via iOS device.

• You would have to have another phone running the app. So, the second thermometer would link by Bluetooth on the other phone .
