I installed the app on my phone (iPhone) without issue. What phone do you have?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You may have already returned it so I'm not sure how helpful I'm being but the Breeze uses a 5GHz band to wirelessly connect to your phone. Some phones have dual bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz). Others have only the 2.4GHz band. If you have an older phone, a lesser know inexpensive prepaid phone or a phone without a 5GHz band, it won't connect. You may want to try another device such as a tablet or, if possible, another phone to see if it is indeed your phone. Apple iPhones and iPads usually connect without an issue but I have heard about certain Samsung phones and other Android models that have had issues. This was one of the Breeze's cons and led to a lot of owners being extremely frustrated.
