I use this protector with an Otterbox Defender case and have zero issues. The gap is a fraction of a millimeter on all sides.

However, there is a extremely small gap between the edge of the phone and where the screen protector ends. And personally I wouldn’t have it any other way because any closer to the edge of the phone would probably start interfering with the case. On the iPhone 13 Pro 6.1inch, the gap is approximately not more than one millimeter. Hope this helps.
