It's probably best if you have the original box, however depending on the brand determines the service you'll receive. For instance Zagg will typically replace your screen as long as you send the old glass to them no matter the reason or condition. Also there are Zagg stores in certain region's. For instance Colorado has a Zagg store inside park meadows mall. I personally like Zagg because I've experienced other company glass protectors and yet Zagg has always been easiest to work with.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you had the glass shield placed at the store (BestBuy) then try to return it there first. If unsuccessful then email ZAGG directly. The moment i purchased my glass shield i had it registered with ZAGG. They'll cover replacement on the glass shield and up to $200 which would probably cover 2/3 of deductible on phone replacement.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you registered your product on zagg.com, you should be able to get another one free. All you do is Google zagg replacement and follow the onscreen prompts. It Says on the webpage that even if you didn't register, you could register right then and there if you need to. I cracked my screen recently and I followed the onscreen prompts and when I got it in the mail, zagg sent a return enevople and it told me to put my old screen on a piece of paper and put it in the envelope and then put it in the mailbox. Hope this helps (I didn't have to return anything else)
