A:AnswerIt's probably best if you have the original box, however depending on the brand determines the service you'll receive. For instance Zagg will typically replace your screen as long as you send the old glass to them no matter the reason or condition. Also there are Zagg stores in certain region's. For instance Colorado has a Zagg store inside park meadows mall. I personally like Zagg because I've experienced other company glass protectors and yet Zagg has always been easiest to work with.
