“so i have this and i have lost screen sensitivity i was wondering if this could be fixed? i had the geek squad install it. if its not fixable will they replace it because it would be a considered a failed installation as the adhesive is not sticking.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Samsung has developed their devices with gorilla glass. This may interfere with screen sensitivity while using many screen protectors. We suggest adjusting your sensitivity in your device settings. To adjust your sensitivity, go to your "Setting" and then "Display". After that, go to "Navigation Bar" then look at "Hard Press Home Button". You can change the Pressure Level here, try level 5 with glass shields.
