Yes, but they’ll charge $7.50 to put it on your phone - at least if it breaks and you get the free replacement

Yes, it fits the iPhone pro max. I brought my daughter phone into the store and after purchasing the protective shield the sales person put it on the phone for a fee.

Yes, fit iPhone 12 Pro Max, and yes , Best Buy can install it for you, but inside the box comes with special tool to install it yourself, is very easy. If best buy install the protector and they do it wrong, they will replace right away.
