No, but I noticed the same thing when I was applying the screen protector on my phone. I think that’s just the glare of the material used for the screen protector.

No, it’s that color because it helps block the lights that damages our eyes. It works kinda like a filter.

Haven't noticed anything coming off as "green". I don't think it changes the quality of visuals at all.

No..... the green color are coats used on the screen protector. You won’t notice it once installed.

Yes, the so called Eyesafe layer distorts all of the colors rendered on the display. I do not recommend it.
