if i bought a zagg glass screen protector from best buy, do i bring it in to bestbuy for replacement if scratched? null

It is certainly worth going in to see what they may be able to do for you. Worst case they should be able to sell you another and remove the cracked one and replace it for you. Most likely it did its job and protected the glass and LCD which are a far more expensive thing to fix.

They should be happy to help you with your replacement.

No, you would send it to Zagg. It's a manufacter's warranty. Zagg has been great with replacing their products.

You must register with Zagg at their online store. They will send you a replacement in the mail and you have to send the old one back to them. They will give you a return slip and envelope.
