Don’t be talked into a. Zagg product …. I consider it a scam….. you pay more for the screen protector to begin with and mine cracked in a matter of weeks …. They say you get one free but they really charge you 10.00 …. Saying it is for shipping …. On line … mine is out of stock …. Don’t bother
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.NO! THEY DO NOT! Not really. They say they do and a all you pay is 20.00 shipping so it's not really free. Then i found a local zagg supplier and they still charge me 10.00 shopping even though i pick it up there. That's not free in my book.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.For the second time now, I have had to purchase a different brand and both times was promised free replacement any time for any reason. I paid 39.00 the first time and after about a year I was told they could no longer do an in store replacement. At that time I purchased a zagg protector again with a lifetime warrenty. I had it replaced in about 3 months when a crack appeared. They replaced it with no questions asked. Now about a year later I was told they would put it on free but I had to get the replacement from zagg. I argued with them and talked with the manager and got the replacement but was told they will not do that again. I have to work with zagg, pay shipping for a return and for the new protector. I feel cheated again because the reason I got zagg at Best Buy was for the lifetime no question, no hassle replacement. Best Buy should stand by their original purchase agreement for as long as I have the original phone. So not purchase from best buy unless you get it in writing that they will live up to their original replacement agreement.

For free .tou have to pay for the zag cover and a one tim e installl fee of $20 to Best Buy and then anytime it breaks take it there and it’s free and they will put it on. This is for the iPhone don’t know if it’s the same with Samsung or android phones

Ask the check out person for details you may need to register it with them but as long as Best Buy has your purchase etc on their system they will replace it IN STORE for FREE. I install it myself. I prefer this.
