QuestionDoes this come with back protection as well and is this the premium one they mention on Zagg's site?I wan't the best protection for my phone, which I've seen is Zagg premium screen protector, front and back. I also like buying from best buy and the fact that you install the screen protector on my phone for me. I trust your store for things. I do want the best that they offer though. The premium protector that goes on the front and back of the Note 3. Is this that protector?

- Answer The one I purchased is the HD, it is not a glass shield, but it is the higher quality, non-glass protector. When I purchased my phone, the rep that assisted me recommended the glass protector, that is what he used and he liked it, but I chose to go with the non-glass version.

QuestionDoes best buy charge you for installation of this in store?If I buy this in store, do you charge to install it? I've always heard that best buy will put the screen protector on your phone if you buy it there but do they charge for this? I believe the glass Zagg is a wet installation which I've already messed up one of those on my tablet and it came out horrible.

- Answer Yes but you pay one time and they will put them on whenever you get a new phone
