I have multiple apps that I use thumb print ID for login and I’ve never had any problems with logging into apps with this screen protector.

You have to erase the fingerprint of the phone, install the screen protector. And then you put the fingerprint back on the phone. Because if you don't do it like that, you will have problems reading the print.
