You must register product online and have to pay a shipping fee. Full Replacement if product chips or fails.

It's a life warranty. You pay only shipping which is usually $3.99. Call their customer service if it cracks within a couple of months of owning and they will probably replace without making you pay for shipping, that's what they did for me!

if the screen cover break or scratches Zagg is good about exchanging it for a new one. You go to their website and fill out replacment forum. The send you a new one, and a return package for the damage cover to be sent back you just have to pay the shipping.

If you break the screen they replace for just the cost of shipping.

I think you can send in your old one for a new one.

There is a warranty but you have to take time and register with the company first. The registration has to occur within a time window as well. Who has time for that! I just want it to be more durable for the price. It was faster to just replace with another product .
