- Answer if the store installed it i would go back & ask them. also when you buy a Zagg register it the will send another for minimal cost

- Answer I'm your basic klutz and thought it best to have a Best Buy employee install the screen protector. The employee was so meticulous, I realized I'd made the correct choice. But hey, if you aren't a klutz, go for it.

- Answer My wife's screen was cracked in a star pattern, but the underlying image was normal. As long as the existing phone still touches correctly, and the cracks don't obscure your vision of the image, it will help keep it together and provide a smooth surface for your finger to glide across.
