if the store installed it i would go back & ask them. also when you buy a Zagg register it the will send another for minimal cost

It seemed like a waste of money at the time but they ruined one while trying to install it and just took out another instead. I also brought back my husband's Zagg - Invisibleshield Hd Glass Screen Protector with receipt to Best Buy as his was lifting after they installed it and they replaced it for free.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The item is under warranty with Zagg. They have a lifetime warranty and stand behind their product. What I don't know is if Best Buy will replace it. I believe they have a year warranty so they should exchange it. With that being said, they will not put the new one on for free, or at least it is at the store's discretion. Many stores in metropolitan areas (i.e. NYC, etc) charge $8 to put on the protectors - even if you are returning a defective product. Best of luck to you on this.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.it has a lifetime warranty if you registered it. The box has the details but it is for worn or damage issues and it sounds like it wasn't installed correctly. I would try to register it and check anyway they could help.
