“I purchased and paid over $50. for this lifetime protective screen for my Samsung galaxy8 and it cracked (for NO reason) within 3 days of purchase. The phone was not dropped or misused in any way. Verizon refused to refund my money? Can you answer why?”

I would suggest complaining through their customer phone number and if not try with the manufacturer of your screen protector

Their Support group is outstanding even for items out of warranty and I have never once been asked to pay for their support. If their support number is not with your phone papers, google it. It is well worth a try

I have Zagg covers on my iPhones, iPads and never had a problem. My husband got one for his Galaxy 8 and it was a wet install screen a big mess but i called and they sent me a replacement .You just have to send back the defective one when the send you the new one its easy
