• There must be a flaw. There isn't a covering over the hole. Just go into your best buy and ask them for one. The mobile associates usually have some

• This sounds like a flaw in the bottle. Is your's the flat white bottle? When I used this the bottle sprayed first and and every time. Take it back to the store and exchange it.
