Just register it at zagg.com and then request a warranty replacement. Hold on to the cracked screen cause you’ll have to ship it back with their return envelope that they provide. It’s really easy.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Zagg.com/register. There’s a link there to “register a product” (not hard to find) and you select which product you have and the device using it. I did it for my iPhone X, very easy and replacement is sent within a week. Just don’t throw away the cracked one because you have to mail it back to them via a prepaid envelope they provide within 60 days of receiving your replacement otherwise they charge you (have to enter in debit or credit card when registering to pay for S&H).
