The ZAGG was installed by the Best Buy staff. They took off the included one and placed the ZAGG.
Touch screen capability of the phone is not affected by the ZAGG. We were told that the Samsung protector was good for about 9 months and then would need to be updated so we did it right away because we like ZAGG products.

Yes you'll have to remove the original screen protector. I would suggest sticking with it as long as possible though because it already has perfect installation and it feels fine.

I installed this protector over the top of the factory film without too much issue (the bezel does cover the edges of the screen, but that would be the case with the factory film removed as well). Touch screen capability is not impacted as long as you have the increased sensitivity option selected in the phone settings.

1. The it comes with a screen protector but it's a cheap one that's not ment to be permanent. 

2. Yes it has to be removed but I would wait for the one that comes with it that's temporary to show some scratches first and then install the new one or a more permanent one.

3. I waited for the screen protector to get scratched first then removed it and put a permanent one on. I wouldn't know what it would be like to have two screen protectors on at the same time.

some screen protectors do affect sensitivity of the touch screen, whether it is extremely noticeable to not noticeable at all. You would have to take off the original plastic protector if you want to apply another one on(assuming you already did because it's been 3 months ago)

The Note 10+ does have a rudimentary screen protector. I believe it is the only Galaxy that does (the pen needs it). It's more like a film than anything else. After 6 months of use, the OEM screen protector was toast. Swiping marks all over it (because I use it). I finally had to replace it. Yes, the OEM film needs to come off first. Yes, this screen protector (ZAGG Hybrid) does affect the fingerprint sensors. Press hard.

Per the instructions on the Zagg box, it will need to be removed first. Even with screen sensitivity increased after installation, the scanner doesn't always register the fingerprint. Safe to say with double screen protectors on, it won't work at all.

The Note 10+ does come with a preinstalled screen protector. It offers minimal protection and scratches easily. Mine was so scratched it annoyed me and I removed it. It must be removed for another protector of any kind to be installed. Touch response is affected somewhat and you have to press a little harder for the fingerprint sensor to properly read your fingerprint. Overall only a minor annoyance.

Yes, the phone already comes with a temporary low quality screen protector, mine had a big scratch in it straight out of the box which is why I needed a different screen protector. Yes, it has to be removed prior to installation of the invisible shield. 
If yours is in good condition and as long as you're not super rough on your phone, I would just leave the screen protector on and not waste your money. This product definitely affects functionality to some extent, and the black outline detracts from the screen size and edge function.

And if putting this one on I would say the original one would probably have to come off if you want your touch to work at all since this one already makes turn up the touch sensitivity

If you're putting an after-market screen protector on the phone, then yes, the factory screen protector needs to be removed. Regarding the phone's touch-screen functionality, it may. However, Samsung had the foresight to adjust the touch-screens sensitivity. Open Settings > Display > Scroll to "Touch sensitivity" and turn that feature on. It works great for me and haven't had any issues. Hope this answers your question.

There is a thin film protector on the device when you first buy it. Some say you can just leave it on and use it as a screen protector. I simply didn't like it and didn't trust it long term (it scratches super easy). So I bought a ZAGG protector that I like much better. Does not affect touch screen capability. You will want to remove it before you install a new screen protector. If you don't buy a different screen protector, then I recommend leaving it on. Better than have no protection at all for the screen. Hope this helps

Yes, you should remove the old protector. I used the old one for quite a while, but I was concerned that it did not offer the drop protection that a more expensive third party protector would provide. I have a new Zagg InvisibleShield, and I am very happy with it.

Always remove the 1st "protector" that comes with the phone. It actually isn't a protector at all, just so that the phone doesn't scratch in the box. I'd skip this product though, I'm not even able to type without it picking up fake errors with the screen and thumbprints don't register half the time.

The screen protector 100% effects the touch screen.i can't use the fingerprint option at all with this screen protector on. The technology on the galaxy seems very low compared to iPhones

Yes you will have to remove the factory screen protector to use this one and honestly I wish I had not done it. Even tho this screen protector is "infused with glass" it still scratches just like a plastic one. If I had the chance to do it again I would leave the factory protector on mine. As far as sensitivity it's no worse than any other protector as far as I can tell. You will have to press harder on the fingerprint reader tho.

Good question. I dropped by Samsung Note 10+ and it cracked the screen protector, so it was taken off by the store and they replaced it with this one. It is horrible because I feel like half the time I press on the screen it doesn't work so I'm getting ahold of Samsung to see if I can purchase the original type screen protector and have it put on.
I will say if you have the original screen protector, then you don't need to add one.

I just purchased the Note 10+ and it did not come with the screen protector in the box. You will need to buy one. I would also recommend buying some sort of case as the phone itself is very smooth and can slide off of ANYTHING.
