the phone does include a plastic screen protector. The zagg is not glass or plastic, but its a film that seems to work better than the included screen protector. The film is "self healing" so if it gets scratched, it will "heal itself" because the scratch will eventually disappear. I scratched my S10+ last year as soon as I got it while it had the factory installed screen protector on it, so I was stuck with it looking like that. I'm not taking that chance this time. This is a better option until you can upgrade to the glass version whenever it's available.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does come with one but it is a fairly light protector. Zagg is a plastic protector that would go on top of the factory protector, Giving you basically 2 layers. Idk about otterbox as that is not the case that I have.
