Q: Questioncan one cut the duct to make it shorter. how much shorter?

• A:Answer Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. The duct cover can be taken to a metal fabrication shop to be shortened if necessary. The main consideration would be to ensure that the duct cover is not shortened to a degree that unit is installed about the minimum 26" mounting height. -Zephyr
