QuestionThe compressor never stops humming. It will take a 10 second break every 60 seconds but otherwise it never shuts off. The noise is like a faint airplane noise. Very annoying. Best Buy tech support is enables but I never got a a all back.

QuestionWe let the Presrv "rest" for two days before turning it on. It then ran very quietly except for an occasional gurgling sound. However, after placing it under the counter, that sound happens more frequently. Is there anything we can do? Thanks

QuestionCan you store 46 Champagne bottles? or Pinot Noir bottles? or Burgundy bottles? These are all slightly fatter bottles than standard.

Question1. Are all of the shelves fully removable? 2. What are the dimensions of the floor? I'm looking for a cooler that I can put a wine fermenter in and then store the bottles afterwards . Most wine coolers have a two-level floor to accommodate the compressor
