Nolo, I have not had to replace the filter, yet. Instructions states, when the water tester device reads 006, it is time to replace the filter{s}, as their life span is over, The tester is included with the 23 cup dispenser unit and does the work for you. Hope this helps.

It depends on how much you use it. It comes with a meter to test the water so you know when to replace it. I have gone 3 months and haven't needed to replace the filter yet.

Hello, I’ve had this for about 2 months and the filter has been good so far. I drink a lot of water too, I’m constantly refilling it. I’m actually thinking of buying another one I drink so much.

when the water starts tasting bad & when the water flow slows down I change mine about every 3 months
