• yes. the system will send you alerts to your phone EVERYTIME motion is detected. kinda annoying, but you can change the settings. On the indoor cameras, you can talk thru your phone and relay sound thru the camera. Its not very loud.

• This system has motion alerts and the two indoor cameras have built-in mics to also send sound alerts. This system doesn't have a siren.
