Yes, when movement is detected device will send notification to android phone: if you have it configured to do so. If door bell is pressed you can answer and talk with individual. Not sure what you mean by push notification, but if you mean does someone have to push the ringer button before the doorbell will alert you that someone is at your door, than the answer is no. The doorbell will alert you anytime motion is detected, provided you have activated the appropriate alert settings in your Zmodo account. The ringer button does not need to be pushed.
