• No but some form of internet. You can answer over cellular service as well.

• If it is on 3g or lte you will get the doorbell notification and if you have the correct mode selected you will get the notification. Home mode you will not, away modebyou will, doorbell no mater what

• The Doorbell Greet do not require wifi for notifications. As long as the device has the proper app and is connected to the internet the notifications will work.
