You can purchase long term storage if you want/need to. I utilize the default 24 hour storage of 20 events(then they get deleted.). How or what format they are stored I do not know or care. I can select from list and review if needed at any time within 24 hours. Product has exceeded my expectations. One issue is one needs to be aware of where pointing or the device will keep sending alerts. A neighbors flag waving will send alerts, trucks and some dark cars will send alerts, and bushes swaying in the wind will send alerts. I got the device set after several positions. Enjoy.

Could you please provide an estimate? Thanks, I'll look into becoming a beta tester for the cloud service.

You can find the enrollment program located in the Zmodo app. If you click the 3 lines in the upper left corner the instructions will appear. This product comes with 8 gigs of data, once all the space is used the device will over-write.
