- Answer High speed internet is required for this to work. Satellite or hot spot will not meet the minimum requirements for the doorbell to work.

- Answer DO NOT plug into house power line or ZAP it will do to the unit. . Must have mechanical door bell and its transformer to step to low voltage

- Answer The center lens piece is on a swivel - you can adjust the viewing angle left or right and up and down. Its not much but it improves upon viewing angle by a few degrees..
