• A:Answer Thank you for your inquiry. The NS-TSC18 will have a 10 cup capacity. This would refer to 10 cups of short/medium grain white rice, measured with the 6 oz. measuring cup provided with the unit. The amount the rice will expand during the cooking process would vary depending on the type of grain being cooked, but it would be estimated to around double in amount.
