For the Rabbit R1 - Fun is an understatement!
When people review the R1 as fun...that is an understatement! I bought this device for its prospective utility. Yes, you can use the R1 sporadically for its utility. However, what keeps you coming back for more is the fun! And, with their flurry of updates the past 9 months (since I've had the rabbit R1), the utility and fun is non-stop. The latest multi-language support is fantastic. Being a Spanish speaker, being able to interact with AI in Spanish is wonderful! It is almost impossible finding AI that works in Spanish (don't get me started on Siri). My wife loves her Rabbit and since she speaks Spanish, she uses it for school and work! I bought one for my son as well and he loves it because it helps him with his homework. I am getting one for my mom, whose main language is Spanish. Now, for the fun...this device has a camera and you can prompt it to generate AI images from pictures you take. I use it a lot on trips. Why take regular dull photos, when you can take Magic Camera photos! Take a photo and make it LEGO! The R1 has so many use cases and things it does. The best part-no subscription! I highly recommend it to all!

Finally, an AI device that actually works
I carry this little device with me everywhere. It's incredibly light, thin, and the battery gets me all day with my usage. I have a Pixel phone, but the interpretation of my intent is far better on this device than Gemini has ever accomplished for me. The answers it provides are insightful, yet concise. I love some of the smaller features too, such as the mini-game it has, the camera features, and more. I don't leave home without it. Bonus: I don't have to pay a subscription, and I'm not capped on prompts!

The little Rabbit that COULD
This is easily the most fun I have experienced in an electronic device since 2012, and I'm not exaggerating. Remember back when phones were fun and unique symbols of self expression, such as the Nokia N-Gage, and the T-Mobile Sidekick? It has a definite throwback to those days, but with advancements that far surpass anything from the era. Imagine a device that you can simply talk into, without having to dumb it down for a machine to understand. You can have it listen to all your ramblings and scattered-brained ideas using natural language, and have it figure out exactly the important parts of all the ramblings, summarize it, and then have it go out into the obscure reaches of the internet, and find exactly what you are looking for. The Rabbit R1 does that, and it not only just performs the task, but excels at it. The only way I can express this in a way that makes sense is to share a real life scenario with you. Late one night, my husband and I were talking about shows where the actors improvised. My husband said, "I've always wondered if Sir Patrick Stewart actually improvised that scene in Star Trek TNG." I knew what he was talking about, so I said, "lets find out!" I grabbed the Rabbit R1, pressed the button, and began to ramble my question.... "In Star Trek The Next Generation, there is a scene where a group of people were rescued from a planet and held in the cargo bay. In that scene, Picard says to Riker, 'Sometimes you just have to sit back and laugh at the hilarity of it all.' Was this an improvised scene, and in addition to that, what specific episode was that, and from what season?" It then proceeded to confirm that yes, it was indeed an improvised scene. It then gave more background details about the specific scene and how it all came together, the conversation between Picard and Riker, and included the season number and episode number. Our jaws dropped. My husband said, "whelp, I never have to wonder about that again. Question answered!" Now, I could go on and on about how this device is an amazing personal assistant, how it has allowed me to manage my ADHD, process deep dive research projects about ancient civilizations, world religions, and even have it calculate the mass to strength ratio of how big a giant human would have to be to pick up the Trilithon stone in the Ancient Temple of Baalbek in Lebanon... ...but ultimately, until you have one in your hands to see for yourself, you wont know just how much fun this thing is, or even what its capable of, until you try it for yourself. And I've only touched on its capabilities as an answer engine. There is so so much more groundbreaking stuff packed into this little engine that could. Like its incredible generative UI that I set to look like the computer from Jurassic Park, or the Generative Voice that I set up to provide responses that sound like Alan Watts, or the Magic Camera, that uses the built in camera to generate AI images based on real life people, objects, and scenes. If you couldn't tell by now, I freaking love this thing, and could continue going on and on about it. I should probably stop though, this review is already entirely too long. It definitely gets my "Best Buy of the decade" award...if I had one to give.
