Q: Does this package come with the RODE SMR shockmount or the SM6 shockmount?
A: Mine came with the SMR shockmount.
Q: Why is this mic never in stock? I've been trying to buy it for a while now...
A: I bought one yesterday. But it went to "sold out" after my order. I see this to be the case in amazon too, probably there are less rode buyers?
A: No it does not plug directly into your Mac computer, you need to connect the microphone to a USB Audio Interface with an XLR cable to act as the bridge for getting the mic signal into garage band or any similar DAW.
