I have taken this camera camping, to a gender reveal party and to the 2025 championship Nascar race and I got some awesome pictures. The sport scene made was perfect as the cars were flying by I got some great shots of my Favorite drivers like Blaney, Larson and Chastain. They settings take a minute to figure out but the fact I can connect my phone via bluetooth and instantly download photos is one of the biggest reasons I like this camera. No waiting to download onto a laptop.

Great overall camera for beginner and advanced user.. I bought this as a gift for my kid. He was starting to like photography and really got into using it and researched all the settings. The photos he took on our trip were amazing and the standard lense worked just fine. As he advances I will get him other lenses but this was just enough for him to get started.

An amazing camera for beginers! Wether your new to photography, or getting back into it, capturing the perfect image is easy! There's a bunch of great things like Bluetooth connection to your phone and linking the camera to the Canon App and viewing and editing pictures there. It's sturdy, lightweight, and packs up small for travel. I would recommend it to anyone. I love mine and have used it so much already!!!

I really like this camera. It has most if not all of the functions of my old T3 Rebel but is smaller. The lens the camera comes with is adequate, but I put an adapter on it so I can use my old 18-135 lens because I am spoiled with the flexibility that lens offers.

Was looking for a camera to bring on my trip to Arizona and after doing some research decided on this Canon Eos R100. User friendly, every mode on the camera provided an explanation on what it did which was helpful. Pictures came out clear and can be imported directly to phone connected through Bluetooth. Can also be connected to a computer via wifi to download photos and videos for editing. The camera is compact enough to fit in a woman’s pocketbook or backpack. Would recommend.

Awesome camera. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mom since she is going to Europe this spring. She always complains about not having storage on her phone to take pictures , so I got her the camera! She loves it. She is the type of person who doesn’t have a set hobby; however, this camera changed that. She is now learning photography and even how to edit photos! I was between this one and the T7, but she liked how light this one was and the fact it was newer. Overall she is very happy with it, and that makes me happy considering she’s done so much for me. Love you mami <3

This is my first mirrorless camera in several years; as such, I was curious to see how much digital cameras have advanced, even with an entry-level model like this one.
The first thing I noticed off the bat was that this model does not have an articulating LCD touchscreen. This surprised me, as I assumed this would be standard on most DSLRs. However, the screen itself is large and clear as also with the view finder. The camera also had a responsive autofocus mode, and the 4K resolution was impressive. For this level of camera, I also noticed good image tracking. Unfortunately, the 6.5 frames per second shooting seemed sluggish and selective tracking was difficult.
Once I tried out the app, I found that it made up for the lack of articulating touchscreen. There were many features in the app that made this camera seem like a good starter option for podcasting. Video stabilization, however, was a little choppy. I was also disappointed that the USB-C port could not be used for charging the battery.
Overall, I would recommend this model as a decent starter camera for a podcaster or family, but I feel that other users might benefit from spending a little extra money for upgraded features.
Pros
Quick autofocus
4K looks great
Great starter camera to grow
Good image tracking for price
Screen is large, bright, and clear
App makes up for no touchscreen and articulating screen
Cons
No articulating screen
No touch screen on back
6 1/2 frames per second
USB C port cannot be used for battery charging
Disappointing video stabilization

The camera is great quality, the pictures come out super clear and doesn’t take long to focus, its also really easy to use for beginners. It was also really cheap, I got the camera, an SD card that can hold up to 8000 pictures the case/bag for it and 2 year warranty, and it was only $600 dollars. The bag/case for it is really good as well it keeps it really safe and it has slots for the camera an extra lens and the battery charger. Overall everything is really easy to use and works really well.
